The Attack SLX 30 Profi wood gasification boiler is a log wood boiler designed for cost-effective heating of single-family homes, vacation homes, small businesses, and similar properties. The unit operates on the wood gasification principle with an exhaust fan and is designed for dry split logs.

Technology & Equipment

The boiler body is made of 6 mm steel plate. The design includes a large loading chamber, a fireclay nozzle, a tube heat exchanger with turbulators, and the Pro control system, which manages operation based on boiler and exhaust gas temperature and adjusts the fan speed accordingly.

The generously sized loading chamber simplifies firewood preparation and supports longer burn cycles. The wood gasification process operates efficiently, and the Pro control system ensures easily manageable operation with modulating power adjustment.

System Integration & Compatibility

The boiler is designed for integration into a hot water heating system and, according to the manufacturer, must be operated with a buffer tank. For clean operation, ATTACK requires a return temperature boost, a functional cooling circuit to prevent overheating, and a suitably sized chimney with the prescribed draft.

Installation

Installation is intended for a qualified heating contractor. At least 1 m of free space should be left in front of the boiler, and 0.5 m on the sides and rear; the installation room must be frost-free and provide sufficient combustion air.

Notes

Dry split logs with 12 to 20 % moisture content and 80 to 150 mm diameter should be used. The manufacturer requires a return temperature of at least 65 °C; the boiler water temperature should be between 80 and 90 °C during operation.
