material & construction

The core of the drinking water storage tank is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), reinforced on the outside with a fiberglass composite. This combination provides excellent corrosion protection and maximum resistance to pressure and chemical influences.

Compared to conventional steel tanks, there's no risk of rust or deposits forming inside. This ensures consistently high water quality and significantly reduces maintenance requirements.

Energy optimization

The thick PU rigid foam insulation ensures that only 58 W of standby power is lost thanks to its excellent insulation properties. This earns the storage tank an energy efficiency rating of B and contributes to sustainable and cost-effective hot water production.

Due to its low heat loss, the Sunex FISH Carbon S4 is particularly suitable for systems with intermittent use, as stored heat is retained over longer periods.
