The Atmos GSP series combination boilers are subject to different funding requirements. The 25 and 30 kW versions are eligible for funding without a particle separator. The 18 and 40 kW versions only meet the requirements with a particle separator.

For those who want to heat their homes affordably with wood but don't want to forgo the convenience of an automatic heating system, our GSP combination boilers offer the perfect solution. A major advantage of the ATMOS GSP combination boilers compared to other products is that the combustion chambers are arranged one above the other, meaning the boiler requires very little floor space. This space saving has made the GSP boilers very popular, and they have become firmly established since their market launch in 2012.

The GSP series includes the boiler types DC18GSP, DC25GSP, DC30GSP and DC40GSP, and more recently also DC25GSP-PA and DC30GSP-PA (with particle separator). All boilers are equipped with the A25GSP pellet burner and are eligible for government subsidies due to their high efficiency of over 90% and low emissions.

For the structure:

The DC18GSP is based on the DC18GSE wood gasifier, while the DC25GSP, DC25GSP-PA, DC30GSP-PA, and DC30GSP-PA are based on the DC25GSE and DC30GSE wood gasifiers, respectively. Behind the upper door is the combustion chamber of the wood gasifier section. This chamber (as with the GSE wood gasifier) ​​is very large. The DC18GSP holds 85 liters of wood, while the other two boilers have a filling volume of 125 dm³. Logs up to 58 cm long. This increases convenience when heating with wood, as a large quantity can be added at once during the filling process.

Behind the middle door is the combustion chamber of the wood gasifier. This consists of ceramic combustion bowls, which give the boiler a long lifespan and Excellent combustion values ​​are ensured. If, after years of use, the ceramic parts show signs of wear and require replacement, each individual ceramic part can be replaced inexpensively and easily.

Behind the lower door is the combustion chamber of the pellet burner. If desired by the system operator, it starts automatically once the buffer tank has cooled down. In conjunction with our JBR WiFi control system, this process can even be controlled remotely via telephone, tablet, or PC.

Equipped with Dual-Belimo

The ATMOS GSP combination boiler (like the GSPL and KC SPL combination boilers) has a Belimo actuator that performs two functions. Firstly, it reduces the air supply during solid fuel operation when a defined flue gas temperature is reached. This ensures the boiler's high efficiency. Secondly, when the boiler is operating in pellet mode, the Belimo actuator completely closes the same air damper. This prevents distorted flue gas readings, and the boiler can be adjusted and measured without any modifications.

Pellet burner A25 GSP

Unlike the standard A25 burner, the new ATMOS A25GSP pellet burner features a Belimo actuator that completely closes the air duct when the GSP boiler is operating on wood. This prevents air circulation through the pellet burner, allowing the boiler to be measured and adjusted immediately while running on wood. Therefore, automatic switching to pellet operation after the wood has burned is fully possible.
