The ROJEK KTP 20 - 49 series hot water boilers for manual feeding are specially designed for the efficient combustion of logs and lignite.

In addition, you can also use other alternative fuels such as short logs, wood briquettes, lignite briquettes, wood chips, sawdust, and other forms of biomass in this Rojek wood gasifier. The boiler's design is designed to allow for flexible fuel selection and the easy simultaneous mixing of different fuel types.

During operation, the Rojek KTP gasification boiler uses a two-stage combustion process: first, the fuel is gasified, followed by complete conventional combustion. This technology ensures optimal fuel utilization and virtually residue-free combustion. The individually adjustable supply of primary and secondary air allows the combustion process to be precisely tailored to the specific fuel, increasing efficiency and contributing to long burnout times.

This Rojek KTP 25 kW wood gasifier features a robust, welded steel construction. The entire boiler body is double-walled, water-filled, and additionally insulated, including the grate made of heat pipes. This design ensures effective transfer of the generated heat to the heating system and significantly extends the boiler's service life.

The operation and cleaning of Rojek KTP gasification boilers is extremely simple, making them extremely popular with users. The boiler requires no electricity to operate – it operates without a fan or electronic controls. This makes the boiler particularly resistant to fluctuations in fuel quality and can be installed in both open heating systems with natural circulation and systems with circulation pumps.
