The ROJEK KTP 20–49 hot water boilers for manual loading have been specially developed for the environmentally friendly combustion of logs and lignite.

In addition to these main fuels, various alternative fuels can be used in the Rojek KTP gasification boiler, including short logs, wood briquettes, lignite briquettes, as well as wood chips, sawdust and other biogenic fuels. The variety of suitable fuels and their ability to mix them is based on the flexible, well-thought-out design of the boiler, which makes it particularly insensitive to fluctuating fuel quality.

During operation, the boiler operates according to the principle of two-stage combustion, consisting of upstream gasification followed by conventional combustion of the wood gas. This combination enables significantly more efficient and cleaner use of wood and coal, as the entire fuel is optimally utilized and burned with virtually no residue. Thanks to easily adjustable primary and secondary air supplies, the combustion process can be precisely controlled, achieving maximum efficiency and particularly long burnout times.

The Carburettor boiler Rojek KTP 20 kW are made of welded steel boiler plates. The entire boiler body is double-insulated and water-guided – even the grate is made of special heat pipes. This solid construction not only ensures very high heat transfer but also contributes significantly to the boiler's longevity.

The model is characterized by its ease of use and effortless cleaning – a feature that is particularly appreciated by users.
