Thanks to its intelligent IoniDetect combustion control, combustion is automatically adjusted to a wide variety of natural gas types and qualities.

The technology ensures that the heating system operates optimally over the long term and is optimally prepared for upcoming changes in the gas supply – such as the transition from low-gas to high-gas. This system provides you with a sustainable and future-proof solution.

Sustainable energy solutions

The gas boiler is designed not only for operation with conventional natural gas, but also for alternative energy sources such as biomethane and hydrogen. The system operates efficiently even with a blend of up to 20% hydrogen or 100% biomethane. A later conversion to 100% hydrogen is possible and is based on the H2 Ready requirements of the Building Energy Act.

This concept makes it possible to use gas effectively as a bridging technology while paving the way for a more sustainable and lower-emission future.

Versatile application area

The Vaillant ecoTEC plus gas boiler is ideal for a variety of building types. Whether as a central heating system in single-family homes or as a floor heating system in multi-family buildings, its flexible application options make it a future-proof solution for a wide range of applications.

In larger buildings, it can be integrated as a cascade system with an output of up to 120 kW, which means that even larger heat requirements can be reliably covered.

Integrated hot water preparation

The ecoTEC plus is available in various versions, allowing you to choose between a pure heating unit and combination units with integrated hot water preparation. The options with the flow principle or with a 20-liter stratified storage tank offer flexibility, even in limited space.

Individual hot water requirements can thus be optimally met – whether for households with space-saving installation options or for systems with higher hot water requirements that can be supplemented by external wall-mounted storage tanks.

Compact hot water storage tank actoSTOR

The wall-mounted actoSTOR stratified storage tank offers high levels of hot water convenience in the smallest of spaces. The patented ActoNomic stratified charging process allows for continuous heating of small amounts of water and efficient stratification, ensuring hot water is always available quickly.

With up to 50% more power than conventional storage tanks of the same size, this hot water tank is the ideal complement to modern gas condensing boilers and ensures an attractive appearance in living areas such as the kitchen and bathroom.

Modern operating concept and app control

The gas boiler's clean design and illuminated touchscreen display make it much easier to operate. All relevant settings can be easily adjusted via the graphical control panel, providing additional convenience, especially in everyday use.

An optional internet module is available, enabling remote control via app. With the myVAILLANT app, you have full control over your heating system anytime, anywhere, including warm zones and schedules – offering added flexibility and user-friendliness.

The sensoCOMFORT VRC 720/3 heating controller optimally complements the overall system and impresses with its adaptive heating curve and features such as a weekly scheduler, absence notification, and ventilation functions. These technical features enable precise and convenient control of the heating and hot water system.

With touch controls and the option of modular expansion, the controller adapts flexibly to future requirements. The integrated control of additional components such as hybrid systems and even Vaillant ventilation units creates a holistic solution for modern living comfort and energy efficiency.
