The 120-liter domestic hot water storage tank combines a highly efficient hot water storage unit with the smart OWR1 SMART 3 kW heating element. The system is suitable for central hot water preparation, can be connected to solar thermal systems, boilers or photovoltaics, and offers additional user convenience and energy management via WLAN app control.

The storage tank has an integrated heat exchanger with a surface area of ​​1.4 m² and a capacity of 6.1 liters, a circulation connection, and a connection for a 1 1/2" Electric heating element. The inner surface is coated with high-quality enamel and additionally protected against corrosion by a large magnesium sacrificial anode.

Features of the OWR1 SMART heating element

The OWR1 SMART heating element delivers 3.0 kW at 230 V and is designed for horizontal mounting. It has a 1 1/2" The unit features an AG connection thread, a durable nickel plating, and comes with a Schuko plug for easy installation. An adjustable regulator covers temperatures from approximately 10°C to approximately 75°C, supplemented by a safety temperature limiter at 85°C.

Multiple operating modes such as Manual Mode, ECO, Intelligent Mode, Schedule Mode, Away Mode, and Boost enable flexible control. The integrated Wi-Fi function and the app allow for the creation of schedules, remote temperature control, and monitoring of the device status while on the go.

installation & Assembly

The heating element is mounted horizontally via the 1 1/2" External thread; no permanent wiring is required thanks to the included Schuko plug. Safety, hygiene and protective functions

Safe operation is ensured by an integrated safety temperature limiter, frost protection function, and an anti-Legionella routine: If no temperature increase to 60 °C is registered for 15 days, a 30-minute heating cycle starts automatically. The combination of enamel coating and magnesium anode protects the interior of the storage tank from corrosion.
