The VACU 2 pellet suction system is a reliable and compact solution for conveying wood pellets. Thanks to the integrated pneumatic suction unit, the pellets are transported gently and efficiently from the storage tank to the boiler.

The system integrates seamlessly into existing facilities and, thanks to its easy handling and automatic control, allows for continuous filling of daily or weekly containers, thus ensuring smooth operation.

Technical features

The suction unit impresses with its modern technology, such as the integrated dosing unit, the powerful 1.35 kW motor, and its robust construction, which enables a conveying capacity of approximately 300 kg/h. It is powered by 230 V DC at a frequency of 50/60 Hz and a consumption of 5.8 A.

The receiving container, made of transparent, high-strength plastic, offers a capacity of 5.2 liters. Special features such as the air silencer and filter surface contribute to the efficient operation and longevity of the system.

Applications and installation

The system's universal applicability allows it to be combined with existing or newly installed pellet boilers. Thanks to its space-saving design, the components are ideally located even in systems with low ceiling heights.

The pre-assembled, complete solution is delivered ready to plug in, making installation on the customer's storage tank particularly straightforward. Thanks to the well-thought-out installation instructions, the system can be put into operation in no time.

In addition to the suction unit, the scope of delivery also includes the control unit with an integrated dosing unit, which simplifies connection to the storage container and installation. Detailed installation instructions assist the user with setup.
