A special feature of this wood gasification boiler is its top-loading opening. Fuel is conveniently added from the top, making it extremely user-friendly. The maximum wood length is 530 mm, allowing the use of a wide variety of fuels, such as logs, loose material, wood chips, or even garden waste. The Rojek PK BIO wood gasifier is particularly ideal for single-family homes, workshops, farms, or families with large gardens. Users benefit from the fact that even larger quantities of compliant fuels can be easily and conveniently loaded directly from the top.

The use of different fuels does not negatively affect the warranty conditions of the ROJEK PK BIO wood gasifier. Completely dry wood is not required for combustion; fuels with a moisture content of up to 20 % can be used. This flexibility significantly increases everyday suitability and enables a broader range of uses.

With its generous combustion chamber volume of 130 liters (for the PK BIO 20-30 kW models; correspondingly larger for models 40 kW and above), the boiler offers ample space for large quantities of wood. A high efficiency of over 90% ensures efficient energy yield, allowing both environmentally conscious and cost-conscious users to reduce their heating costs. The Rojek PK BIO meets the strictest emissions standards according to BImSchV2 (German Federal Immission Control Ordinance), making it future-proof. Thanks to advanced ECODESIGN guidelines and emissions class classification, 5 according to EN 303–5 you can expect safety and environmental friendliness.

The ROJEK PK BIO wood gasifier is convenient and versatile to operate. The electronic control unit offers numerous settings and functions, such as exhaust fan control, water temperature management, pump on/off, automatic and manual operation, and fan speed adjustment. An integrated flue gas sensor, recessed protective mechanisms for the boiler and controller, as well as an audible alarm and language selection, round out the user experience. The automatic operation makes operation intuitive and efficient. Cleaning the heat exchanger is straightforward thanks to the externally accessible cleaning door and practical control levers, which can be selected for right- or left-hand operation.

The ROJEK PK BIO 20 kW boiler offers a long burn time of five to nine hours per fill, depending on fuel quality and selected boiler output. Users thus enjoy high levels of comfort with minimal effort. The boiler's design is engineered for durability; the boiler body comes with a three-year warranty, and even a five-year warranty when connected to a storage tank.

The ST86 control unit allows for individual adjustments: In addition to the exhaust fan, this includes various automatic operation options, precise water temperature management, combustion duration monitoring, and fan speed control. If necessary, operation can be controlled manually, for example, during heating.Thanks to language selection and safety functions, you can operate the wood gasifier safely and flexibly even in daily use.
