Compared to the INCOLOY 800 alloy, INCOLOY 825 stands out due to its improved resistance to water corrosion. This makes the heating element particularly durable and reliable – perfect for demanding applications.

With an adjustable temperature range of 30°C (±5°C) to 75°C (±5°C), the electric heating element offers flexible operation. Furthermore, the integrated overtemperature switch (STB) reliably protects against overheating at a trigger temperature of 85°C (±5°C).

The heating element is equipped with an integrated controller and a precise thermostat, making it easy to operate. Whether you need hot water for daily use or as a buffer for heating systems, this heating element adapts perfectly to your needs.

Excellent technical properties

The heating element is fitted with a sturdy connection thread of 6/4" (1 1/2") and is available in two power variants: 2 kW and 3 kW. The respective installation length is 305 mm (2 kW) or 360 mm (3 kW). For efficient operation, a minimum storage volume of 80 liters (for 2 kW) or 120 liters (for 3 kW) is recommended.

Thanks to its 230V power connection, the electric heating element can be plugged in and operated without any additional installation effort. It is ideal for use in domestic hot water tanks or buffer storage tanks and delivers reliable heat output at all times.
