Technology

With a power output of 3000 W and an adjustable temperature range of 30 to 75 °C, the device offers precise control options. The integrated safety thermostat is set to 98 °C to prevent overheating.

The maximum installation length is 390 mm, and the unheated zone measures approximately 120 mm from the sealing surface. This design guarantees effective and safe operation.

Safety and materials

The Heating cartridge It features an insulating separation that prevents corrosion, significantly extending the service life of the device. The tube jacket material 2.4858 (Incoloy 825) ensures excellent corrosion resistance.

Other materials such as the brass screw head and the ABS plastic housing contribute to the product's stability and durability. The IP54 protection rating guarantees protection against dust and splash water, supporting safe operation.
