Thanks to its compact dimensions, the Firewood Plus can be installed in a space-saving manner and is also suitable for confined spaces, such as those found in many boiler rooms. Electronic flue control for efficient combustion

Thanks to an innovative, electronic control system for the primary air supply, the combustion process in the Firewood Plus is continuously monitored and optimally adjusted. The control system adjusts the air supply as needed based on the current operating conditions, ensuring a consistently high efficiency of up to 92.4%. Furthermore, the control system can control both the boiler circuit pump and an optionally available induced draft fan, further increasing comfort and efficiency. This intelligent solution not only optimizes fuel consumption but also reduces emissions and ensures smooth operation even under changing load requirements.

Safe operation thanks to integrated heat exchanger

The boiler comes factory-fitted with an integrated safety heat exchanger, which provides effective protection against overheating in a closed system. This eliminates the need for a complex double thermal discharge safety device, significantly simplifying installation. Another practical feature is the integrated sight glass, which allows you to directly visually monitor the gasification process and the flame at any time. This allows you to conveniently and safely check the current operating status.

Sustainable heat source and combination capability

As a modern natural draft boiler, the Defro Firewood Plus supports the use of renewable energies and offers you a future-proof, independent heat supply. By burning natural logs, you make an active contribution to climate protection while simultaneously becoming independent of fossil fuels and price fluctuations. Of particular note is its strong compatibility with other renewable systems, such as heat pumps. This allows you to implement an innovative, hybrid heating concept with maximum flexibility and security of supply.

Assembly and commissioning

Nationwide delivery is conveniently carried out by truck with a lifting platform, delivered to the curb, to ensure smooth delivery of the Defro Firewood Plus. Qualified service technicians are also available for professional installation and commissioning directly on-site. Naturally, the Firewood Plus meets all the requirements of the Federal Immission Control Ordinance (BImSchV) Level 2 and comes with a CE declaration of conformity, ensuring no obstacles during official inspections and safe operation.
